Fine Art for any Budget in a Gallery Full of HeART

Established in 1984, Jessel Gallery began in three small rooms within the former Hedgeside Whiskey Distillery, which looked out upon vacant fields. Today, we fill the entire 6500 sq ft building at the hub of a thriving Napa neighborhood. But some things never change.
Jessel Gallery has always offered beautiful art in varied media in a wide range of prices to fit anyone's budget. We're known for our friendly, personal and warm customer service, and our exquisite surroundings.  ​

Visitors repeatedly return, marveling at the homey atmosphere and beauty, as well as the acceptance they feel in stepping into Jessel's world.
​​Guests are encouraged to take their time, to sit on the deck amidst hand-tended plants and flowers, to (borrowing from the title of one of her beautifully written and illustrated books), Slow Down.

With our animal-friendly, kid-friendly policy, Jessel Gallery proves that high-quality art can be coupled with any heart-filled space. ​

Art Shows and Installations

Jessel Gallery features a mix of long-established contributing artists as well as those new, emerging, and established guest artists. Every month or two the gallery hosts a reception to share new creators' work.  In addition to individual, regional, and national artists, shows by groups such as the Napa Photographic Society, Napa Valley Open Studios, and Brown Street Gallery (adults with developmental disabilities) have been showcased. The Gallery features Fine Art, Hand Made Crafts, Gifts, Books, Jewelry, and Consignment and New Clothing including Handmade Wearable Art.

Jessel is a lovely human being, and the art...oh my the art! Such a fabulous art studio in the heart of the beloved wine country! You don't want to go to Napa and miss this lil adorable and eclectic jewel, it is such a wonderful studio! There are many artists' works available as well as a variety of different mediums. Jessel hosts many art classes, and shows all throughout the year with potlucks to boot! Go see her and find your favorite children's book- mine is "Mustard". :) Cheers!"

The WOW Moment

​Jessel also offers what she calls The WOW Moment. If you are visiting the valley for a wedding, conference or family experience and wish to record the moment for your guests Jessel or one of her other Plein Air Artists will attend the event and paint the view. This is an exciting and fascinating way to record important milestones. Contact us for more information.
