A Word from JesselEven after years of teaching, I'm still growing each week and my students are my guide to becoming a better teacher. My class is a safe place and a three-hour period in which to let go of the world outside. My objective is to simply lead my students down an internal path that allows them to stop thinking and start feeling the mood, method and movement of the brush and paint and most of all have fun. We are all still learning together every week and I love the process! Each week I am so impressed by my students and I wanted to feature paintings that: accomplish the lessons; step outside the box; tickle my fancy; show amazing growth by the student; truly shine as a beautiful work of art; celebrate the student’s individual progress. |
