My goal each holiday season is to turn the gallery into a hand-crafted gift shop filled with one-of-a-kind treasures. In the early years of the gallery before I became acquainted with all the brilliant artists featured in this year's Holiday Extravaganza, I would buy ornaments and gifts (mostly made in China) and though the gallery looked festive and beautiful there was a place in my heart that was missing the authentic energy I longed to share with my clients.
Pictures speak so much more brilliantly than words so here are the artists participating in this year's two month long Show and Sale (click to enlarge each image).
Max Meoo and Murphy True were buds right from the start
They had a way of signaling a direct line from the heart
Words were few and far between but smiles seem to evoke
The fact that they could laugh and play and find a way to joke
Max Meoo and Murphy True set out one day for France
They'd heard that in this lovely place they could learn to dance
Every night when lights were low in a hidden street cafe
M & M would take the stance and begin a sweet sashay
